About the Facility
The Rose City Islamic Center (RCIC) operates as a community center serving the social service needs of the Muslim community in Windsor, and the surrounding area. The RCIC serves as a mosque as well as a recreational center.
The facility’s primary use is to address and serve the evolving needs of the Muslim community. The centre is currently a vibrant youth hub actively serving the Muslim youth.
