The MAC HydePark is committed to conducting its recreation programs and activities in a safe manner and holds the safety of participants in high regard. The MAC HydePark continually strives to reduce such risks and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions that are designed to protect the participants’ safety.

OPEN GYMNASIUM GUIDELINE (BASIC RULES)
1- Signing the OPEN GYM WAIVER upon the AGE RESTRICTIONS guidelines
2- No entry unless you have been allowed by the center management either via confirmed booking or center management connect (verbal or written).
3- No Fighting or Bullying or Swearing.
4- Dress appropriately follows the Islamic religious guidelines and dressing code below
5- No hanging out in the parking lot, bathrooms, or unsupervised areas of the facility.
6- No Vandalism.
7- Respect the five daily prayer times and any other Prayers (e.g Friday, Eid,..) by pausing any activity in the Gym while the prayers are being conducted.

Dress Code:
1- A modest clothes
2- Sleeveless shirts, short dresses, loose tops, short bottoms, crop tops and miniskirts are strictly not allowed.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:
1- Children ages 7 years old or younger MUST remain within arms’ reach of a parent or a guardian (18+ years) at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.
2- Youth ages 8 to 13 years old MUST always have a parent or guardian in the building.
3- Youth ages 13 to 17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver form.
4- Adult 18+ need to sign the waiver form.

If any of these rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave the facility. The MAC HydePark has the right to deny any person from attending open gyms. The MAC HydePark staff reserves the right to ask any participant or friend(s) of participants in open gym to leave at any time for any reason. The MAC HydePark will not be responsible for loss or damage of any personal property.
