Only the time, date, facilities and equipment indicated on the permit will be provided to the permit holder. FEES FACILITY RENTAL ● $ 100.00 non-refundable deposit ● $ 80.00 per hour, minimum two hours ● $ 250.00 for half a day (maximum 4 hours) ● $ 500.00 for a whole day event ● Custodian Fee: $ 22.00 per hour (minimum two hours) * Note: Extra custodian charges will be applicable if the event requires extra time to set and clean up before and after the event. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT: 2- Use of MAC BIC equipment is limited and must be returned to its area after use and the area must be returned to its original condition. Failure to do so will prohibit future use of equipment and MAC BIC facilities and may result in extra custodian charges. 3- All user groups are required to set-up and clean up for their events. 4- People in charge, participants and attendees must park in the designated parking areas. Inappropriately parked vehicles will be ticketed or towed away at the owner’s expense. 5- All food and beverages shall be removed from the facility immediately following the event. Garbage is to be placed in the designated area. 6- All exits and hallways must be kept free from obstructions at all times as per fire regulations. BIC CANCELLATIONS: 7- MAC BIC reserves the right to cancel any permits should the facilities be required for BIC purposes. DAMAGES: 8- MAC BIC will not be held responsible for personal injuries or damages or for the loss or theft of any article including clothing or equipment of the permit holder. 9- MAC BIC reserves the right to take any action required if accommodation and/or facilities provided are damaged or left in unsatisfactory condition. Cost for damages will be charged to the offending permit holder. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: 10- A copy of the terms and conditions is to be given to each lessee with signed indication that it has been read and understood. Once signed it becomes part of the lease agreement.
