BUS Departure: 8:00 AM from MAC Hyde Park (1175 Hydepark Rd, Unit 9)

GENERAL TERMS
1- Print and fill out the Filed Trip Waiver Form. Parents must sign it and return it to Trip counselors before riding the Bus. Failing to provide the signed waiver will result in not being allowed to join the trip. No refund policy applies.
2- No Fighting or Bullying or Swearing.
3- Dress appropriately following the Islamic religious guidelines and dressing code below
4- No hanging out in the facility’s parking lot, bathrooms, or unsupervised areas.
5- No Vandalism.

1- Modest clothes
2- Sleeveless shirts, short dresses, loose tops, short bottoms, crop tops, and miniskirts are strictly prohibited.
