This Link to Complete Kids’ reservation in MAC Hyde Park Summer Camp 2023

Parents need to fill out this reservation form in advance.

Parents must show the reservation notification email every Monday to let kits attend the camp.

Regulations mandate this information. Failing to fill in this information every week may result in suspending the kid from completing that week’s activity.

Summer Camp Schedule:

Week 1: July 3 to July 7, 2023

Week 2: July 10 to July 14, 2023

Week 3: July 17 to July 21, 2023

Week 4: July 24 to July 28, 2023

Week 5: July 31 to August 4, 2023

Week 6: August 8 to August 11, 2023  (August 7 is public holiday)

Week 7: August 14 to August 18, 2023

Week 8: August 21 to August 25, 2023

Important notes about Fridays:

• Fridays will be a full-day field trip days (i.e. Museum, Zoo, Farm, Amusement Parks etc.)
• Additional costs MAY apply and vary weekly according to the trip. The additional costs include only the trip costs (Transportation, tickets, additional materials,…)
• The weekly summer camp fees (Fully or partially) are non-refundable if the kid(s) don’t show up or parents don’t want to send their kids on the trip.
• On Fridays (s), we can only accept kids are going on the trip. No Consolers will stay in the Summer CAMP site (MAC Hyde Park Center) on Friday during the trip times (from 9 am – 3 pm). We can’t take any responsibility if you drop off your kids on Friday if you don’t want to send your kids to the trip.
• In case you drop off your kid on Fridays means you are deemed accepted to send your kids, and any charges will occur for that will be deducted from the following services (e.g. next week’s Summer camp Fee or another Program)
