I understand and accept that a refund will not be provided and that all fees are non-refundable.

There is no reduction or discount in fees issued when the registrant is is absent or is unable to attend for any reason.

I confirm that my child's health is in good standing and that they are capable of participating in physical activities.

I acknowledge that parents and authorized adults are responsible to drop off their child and pick them up on time.

I confirm that my child will respect ICW's space, employees and all the volunteers; and that failure to do so will result in removal from the program.
