About the Facility
By the Grace and Will of Allah and the generous support of the community, MAC Calgary purchased Al-Salam Centre in September 2016. The center is located in the lively and well-served NW Calgary community of Ranchlands. Al-Salam Centre is a welcoming and warm community hub that shapes the nurturing of the Muslim community in a supportive Islamic environment.
The Centre successfully hosts the following programs:
- Al-Salam Masjid (5 Daily Prayers + Friday Prayers)
- Al-Salam Academy (Weekend Quran & Arabic School)
- Al-Salam Preschool
- Educational Programs
- Community gatherings and iftars
- Blood Drives
- Sports Programs
- Youth Camps
- Daawa Activities
