يصادف يوم عاشوراء 1446 هـ لهاته السنة يوم الثلاثاء الموافق لــ 16 يوليو 2024 .
وعنْ أَبي قَتَادةَ رضيَ اللَّه عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رسولَ اللَّهِ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم سُئِلَ عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ عاشُوراءِ، فَقَال: »يُكَفِّرُ السَّنَةَ المَاضِيَةَ » رواه مُسْلِمٌ.
