I only want reform (“Islah”) Mahdi Tirkawi ⌚ Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6pm
September 14, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
I only want reform, as much as I can.
My success comes only from Allah, my success depends only on God.
I trust Him completely and come back repentant only to Him.
The Prophet Choaib claims this call (Quran 11:88), a quest for reform in the good as much as possible and in total surrender to God. This was the path of all reformers (muslihin), like the Prophets — God bless them — and those who followed their path. Until our days. Until the torch is in our hands.
The “reform (“Islah”)” training program aims to make the rising generation bearers of the message. To do this, I align myself on three axes: solidify the foundations of Islam, move towards higher peaks and consolidate a bulwark of prevention.

Through the first axis, it will be a question of nourishing love in God and Tawhid, of understanding passages from the Koranic and prophetic texts, of praying in full meditation, of establishing the best relationship with one's parents. in sum, to gain pride in being a Muslim, to nourish the intimate conscience of God through the knowledge and practice of the way of life of Islam.
The second axis aims to make the learner tend towards self-fulfillment. The story of the Messenger sws in particular is able to guide us in this path, by adding inspiring stories are to the program, of history and of our current world. The attachment to the Koran in its language to learn it, understand it and meditate on it. To be aware of the importance of the quest for knowledge and to find one's domain in life. In short, ambition, productivity, intrinsic motivation are in sight.
Finally, the third axis consolidates the rampart so as not to fall within the limits that God has drawn for us. Challenges related to our context such as carnal temptation or drugs are discussed. How to select your friends, how to deconstruct the ambiguities launched against Islam or how to thwart atheism, etc. are questions we answer. In short, learning to say no to bad temptations and preventing ambiguous questions about Islam are the objective of this third axis.
The program is spread out over study units. Four course sessions on a subject, followed by an exam session. The fall and winter session each contain 3 units of study, the month of August with the summer will be an opportunity to do intensive work.
Looking forward to meeting you, in the footsteps of Choaib sws, our Beloved Prophet sws, and all those who have taken the same path.
Assalam alaykum.
